The 'Jane the Virgin' Cast Drops Season Finale Hints, Chooses Sides in Rafael vs. Michael

Jane’s due date has arrived: On Monday night’s season finale of Jane the Virgin, our accidentally inseminated heroine is finally about to give birth… but knowing this show and its telenovela-style twists, childbirth is just a fraction of the drama we can expect.

In the video above, we ask the Jane cast to give us some season finale scoop, and while they’re light on specifics — Jaime Camil (Rogelio) says it’s “such a good episode! I want to tell you everything… but I can’t!” — they promise it’ll deliver a number of jaw-dropping shockers. Justin Baldoni (Rafael) teases, “There’ll be multiple times where you’ll get up out of your seat and yell at your television.” (We’ll be sure to warn our neighbors.)

Plus, we force them to choose sides in Jane’s major love triangle: Team Rafael, or Team Michael? And surprisingly, considering how big a storyline the Jane-Rafael romance has been this season, all of them are firmly on Team Michael. (As star Gina Rodriguez gushes, “My heart is Team Michael.”) Even Baldoni, who plays Michael’s rival for Jane’s heart, can’t resist siding with the “lovable puppy alien,” aka Michael.

Hmmm… so is this a big hint that Jane goes back to her first love in the finale? As if we needed another reason to tune in.
