Jana Kramer Praises Fiancé Allan Russell After Welcoming Son Roman: 'Most Supportive Man in the World'

The newly minted mom of three shared photos from the first days of her baby boy's life

Jana Kramer is celebrating Allan Russell's role in the birth of their son.

The author of the national best-seller The Next Chapter: Making Peace with Hard Memories, Finding Hope All Around Me, and Clearing Space for Good Things to Come, 39, shared her appreciation for her fiancé after they welcomed son Roman James on Monday.

Sharing photos from the day on her Instagram Story late Tuesday, Kramer called her fiancé," the most supportive man in the world," alongside a photo where he's comforting her as they prepare for their son's arrival.

Kramer also shared a sweet photo of her two older kids —  son Jace, 4, and daughter Jolie, 7, whom she shares with ex-husband Mike Caussin — as they posed with their new baby brother.

The couple shared their baby news exclusively with PEOPLE on Tuesday.

"Allan and I are both overjoyed and truly grateful to announce the birth of our son, Roman James Russell. We feel blessed to have been given the chance to create something so special together," the couple told PEOPLE.

"The name Roman really isn't inspired by anyone, it's just a strong name that we both love, but James (his middle name) was both of our Grandpa's names, so that was a nod to them," they shared.

While recently speaking with Brian Austin Green and Sharna Burgess on her podcast, Whine Down, about co-parenting, the podcast host shared a sweet scene that recently unfolded between Russell and Caussin.

"My ex-husband was here the other day dropping off the kids because he knew that me and my fiancé were moving into our new house, and he's like, 'I'll just come drop the kids off,' " Kramer shared.

"And he came in and he had a beer with Allan," she continued, noting that as she took in the moment between her ex and her fiancé, "I remember sitting there going, 'This is really cool. I never would have dreamt it this way, but this is cool.'"
