She was in and out!
Jamie Lee Curtis left the 2024 Oscars very quickly after she walked the Dolby Theatre red carpet in LA on Sunday.
Why? Unlike Paul Giamatti, who waited until after the Golden Globes in January, Curtis made a pitstop at In-N-Out Burger within the first hour of the show.
For the star-studded event, the “Bear” actress presented Best Supporting Actress to “The Holdovers” star Da’Vine Joy Randolph. Curtis took home the win in the same category for “Everything Everywhere All at Once” last year.
After handing out the award, Curtis documented her go-to order at the chain restaurant. She took a selfie and a photo of an In-N-Out employee as she waited inside her limo.
“FLY IN
GET FLUFFED AND FOLDED
PRESENT AT OSCARS
GO TO @inandout_burger
FLY AWAY
,” she wrote via Instagram.
The “Halloween” star ate her meal while still wearing her black, long-sleeve Dolce & Gabbana gown.
Curtis stuck with the same designer for the 2023 ceremony as she won the coveted gold statue in a Dolce champagne-colored number.
“I know it looks like I’m standing up here by myself, but I am not. I am hundreds of people. I’m hundreds of people. I am the — where are the Daniels? Daniels, Jonathan, Ley Line, the entire crew, my bae Michelle, Ke, Steph, the entire group of artists who made this movie, we just won an Oscar,” she said in her acceptance speech at the time.
“To my dream team, my agent Rick Kurtzman, Alan Wertheimer, Heidi Schaeffer, Sean James, Grace Ahn, Jane Ross, we just won an Oscar. To my family, my beautiful husband Christopher Guest, our daughters Annie and Ruby, my sister Kelly, we just won an Oscar,” she went on. “To all of the people who have supported the genre movies that I’ve made for all these years, the thousands and hundreds of thousands of people, we just won an Oscar together!”
Curtis ended the sweet moment with a shout-out to her late parents, actors Tony Curtis and Janet Leigh.
“And my mother and my father were both nominated for Oscars in different categories,” she said. “I just won an Oscar.”
