Jamie Foxx's Former Bachelor Pad Sells For a Cool $3 Million!
Jamie Foxx's former home is off the market after someone threw down nearly $3 million to live in the "Django Unchained" actor's ex-bachelor pad. The Blast has learned the star's former single-story compound in Tarzana, California (known as the "Foxxhole") has sold for $2.85 million, and powerhouse real estate agent Grant Linscott closed the deal. We're told the new homeowner is someone pretty big in the music industry, although their identity remains under wraps. It is currently in escrow and scheduled to close within the next three weeks.

Foxx purchased the 6,000-square-foot property all the way back in 2007. The five bedrooms, 5.75 bathrooms residence features a detached gym, a massive swimming pool, and a large deck. At the key, it reads "Foxxhole," hence the nickname for the property, which is also a nod to the comedian's radio channel that he started in 2007. There is also a home theater with two rows of tiered seating. The master suite has a steam shower as well as not one, but two fireplaces. Foxx lived in the home from 1997-2008 and even won his Best Actor Oscar for his role in "Ray" while living there.

Fans questioned his relationship status with "Underworld" actress Kate Beckinsale after the duo were spotted getting cozy at an event earlier this week. While Foxx was photographed getting close to the star, she has denied the romance rumors. Taking to her social media, Beckinsale addressed the situation head-on stating, "Lads night at #hfpa party with @therealadewale @iamjamiefoxx and @jsauluck. I would like to point out that standing next to someone does not mean I am dating them." She continued by joking, "Currently in line at the dry cleaners and if that’s true I’ve got a hell of a problem." Someone familiar with the situation mirrored the actress' response and told The Blast Foxx and Beckinsale "are not dating."
Just months ago, the Oscar winner ended his yearslong relationship with Katie Holmes. The duo broke up in August after he was seen leaving a Hollywood nightclub holding hands with a female who wasn't his then-girlfriend. Hours later, we learned about their separation and the identity of the mystery woman was revealed to be singer Sela Vave. Foxx came out and denied he was dating the musician stating he was simply "escorting" her to the car and she "is as young as my daughter." Foxx and Holmes were first linked in 2013 following her divorce from Tom Cruise. The former duo were last seen together at the Met Gala in May and appeared to be a happy couple.
