James Corden is making his first big career move since wrapping up his role on The Late Late Show.

The producer, actor and television personality has decided to add another medium to his resume by taking his talents to the airwaves on SiriusXM with his very own show, according to an official press release from the company.

Sirius XM is gearing up to reveal more details surrounding Corden's new gig on Nov. 8 during its Next Generation Industry & Press Preview event. The forthcoming project will be titled This Life of Mine with James Corden, which is set to premiere early next year.

“I am thrilled to be joining SiriusXM,” Corden said in a statement. “Scott and the whole team have made me feel so welcome as I start this new chapter. It’s a dream to have a space to engage in deep conversations with the people whose work and talent I greatly admire.”

According to SiriusXM, This Life of Mine with James Corden “will feature in-depth conversations with the world’s biggest stars, discussing the people, places, moments and memories that made them who they are today. From favorite music and movies to books and advice, the show will seek to tell the untold stories of some of the most well-known public figures."

Corden's new show will be available exclusively to SiriusXM subscribers via its broadcasting app as well as in-car.

Corden departed The Late Late Show in April after an eight-year run as its host. In announcing his departure plans a year prior, the TV presenter grew emotional while looking back on his journey on the show.

"When I started this journey, it was always going to be just that. It was going to be a journey, an adventure. I never saw it as my final destination, you know?" he said at the time. "And I never want this show to overstay its welcome in any way. I always want to love making it. And I really think in a year from now that will be a good time to move on and see what else might be out there."

Corden later said his children with wife Julia Carey — son Max and daughters Carey, 8, and Charlotte — partly inspired his exit. He believed that future projects could no longer come "at the expense" of his kids.

"That is really all it comes down to," he said. "I will be a mess on that last show, I will cry my eyes out. But I will know in my core that the best thing for me and the best thing for us as a family is to put down some roots in London, and it feels absolutely right in every single way."

Corden’s 12:30 a.m. CBS time slot has since been filled by a new show, After Midnight, which is hosted by comedian Taylor Tomlinson.

Aside from his SiriusXM gig, Corden continues to serve as an executive producer on Apple TV+’s Carpool Karaoke, which is based on the popular segment of the same name that originated on The Late Late Show.
