Jada Pinkett Smith says that her and Will Smith have discussed writing a book together

Jada Pinkett Smith continues to promote her new book, “Worthy,” through a wealth of radio interviews and podcast appearances. On Tuesday (Oct. 17), Shade 45’s “Sway In The Morning” published their sit-down with the decorated actress and musician, which saw her touching on a variety of topics regarding her past, present, and future.
In the 30-minute clip, Jada revealed that her and Will Smith are actively discussing the possibility of a joint literary piece. “Will and I, we are thinking about writing a book, we were talking about this last night, writing a book called ‘Don’t Try This At Home,’ where he and I kind of sit down and talk about our specific journey together,” she explained to Sway Calloway and his team.
She elaborated further on co-authoring with her life partner in another interview with Lewis Howes.
“I hope one day we can write a book together [about] how we’ve been through so much and all the gates of relating that we’ve been through. And there’s been many, and many to come. Right?” Jada added. “The process that he’s going through right now, I think would be so helpful to so many men.”
As previously reported by REVOLT, Will has since reacted to “Worthy” and its contents in an email shared by The New York Times. “When you’ve been with someone for more than half of your life, a sort of emotional blindness sets in,” the Emancipation star admitted. “And you can all too easily lose your sensitivity to their hidden nuances and subtle beauties.”
In addition to writing, Jada also plans to bring back “Red Table Talk” for its sixth season. The show, which saw her discussing a variety of topics alongside her mother, Adrienne Banfield-Norris, and daughter, Willow Smith, was among Facebook Watch’s wave of cancellations back in April.
