Four months after the former 'Wild 'N Out' star's sudden death at age 33, a medical examiner has officially ruled it an accident

Only days after Jacky Oh’s cause of death was determined, it has now been officially ruled accidental.

On Tuesday, a representative from the Miami Police Department confirmed to PEOPLE that the Wild ‘N Out star’s death had been ruled “accidental due to complications from cosmetic surgery” by the Miami-Dade Medical Examiner.

Miami PD confirmed that there will not be a criminal investigation into her May 31 death at age 33.

TMZ was the first to report the news.

This comes after the Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed to PEOPLE on Friday that the former MTV personality — born Jacklyn Smith, whose age was previously believed to be 32, but whose date of birth was listed by the Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner Department as Nov. 5, 1989 — died from complications related to cosmetic surgery.
