'Jackie Brown' Star Robert Forster Dies The Same Day As Final Film Is Released
Robert Forster died following a battle with brain cancer on Friday, the same day as his last film was released.
The 78-year-old was known for his role in "Jackie Brown," "Mulholland Drive," "Twin Peaks," and "Medium Cool," as well as several others.
He had reprised his role as Ed in Netflix's "El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie," which was released yesterday.
This marks the last film that Forster will appear in.
He was in the middle of filming TV show "Amazing Stories" at the time of his death.
Forster was nominated for an Academy Award for his supporting role in "Jackie Brown" back in 1998.
He starred alongside Samuel L. Jackson, Pam Grier, Robert De Niro and more in the crime film that was directed by Quentin Tarantino.
Jackson took to Twitter to pay tribute to the fallen star.

Mira Sorvino took to social media stating she was "so sad to hear of Robert Forster’s passing!" She called him "lovely" and "one of a kind."
Bryan Cranston, who starred in AMC's "Breaking Bad" with Forster, also paid his respects.
His "Twin Peaks" co-star Amy Shiels said she was "broken hearted" over the news.
She also wrote that he "radiated love and kindness."
Forster was a family man.
He leaves behind four children --Bobby, Elizabeth, Kate and Maeghen -- as well as grandchildren Tess, Liam, Jack and Olivia, according to Variety.
Forster, who hails from Rochester, New York, was married twice in his lifetime.
June Forster was his first wife, but the duo divorced in the 70s after nearly a decade of marriage.
He wed his second wife, Zivia Forster, in 1978. They were only married for 2 years before getting a divorce.
