EXCLUSIVE: Here’s your first look at Oliver Jackson-Cohen (The Invisible Man) and Jenna Coleman (Doctor Who) in UK action-thriller Jackdaw, which gets its world premiere at Fantastic Fest tomorrow.

Jackson-Cohen and Coleman are currently starring opposite each other in Amazon series Wilderness.

Jackdaw marks the debut feature of writer-director Jamie Childs, whose TV credits include Disney+’s Willow, Netflix’s The Sandman and BBC/HBO adaptation His Dark Materials.

The film is set over the course of a single night and follows a broke former motocross champion and army veteran who agrees to pick-up a mysterious package in the North Sea, with disastrous consequences for himself and his brother.

Pic is produced by Sebastian Raybaud (Greenland) and Callum Grant for Anton, Kate Glover (47 Meters Down) and Jamie Childs. Childs directs alongside his regular DOP Will Baldy (The Sandman).

Cast also includes Thomas Turgoose, Allan Mustafa, Rory McCann, Vivienne Acheampong, Joe Blakemore and Leon Harrop.

Stunt work comes from Dave Judge (Dune) and Ian Van Temperly (Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan), with production design by Matt Gant (Gangs Of London). Casting was by Jessie Frost (Triangle of Sadness).

Anton is selling the film worldwide with Range co-selling the film domestically.
