‘Jackass’ Star Johnny Knoxville’s Ex-Wife Demands Physical Custody Of Children

'Jackass' star Johnny Knoxville's ex-wife is demanding primary physical custody of their children in the former couple's ongoing divorce.

According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Naomi Nelson is asking a judge to give her "physical" custody of their two children, which will allow for the stunt performer to have "visitation" on certain days.

Knoxville's ex-wife requested custody in their ongoing divorce after he filed to end their marriage citing "irreconcilable differences." Not only does she want physical custody, but she is also asking for spousal support and child support, and wants the court to terminate its ability to give him anything in the split.

Now, it's not "full" custody she is after...because her response includes a request for joint "legal" custody of the children. In other words, they will live with their mother, but major decisions like schooling and medical issues will be decided by both parents.

It's unclear if the couple had a prenuptial agreement -- we are guessing they do -- but, she is telling the court "Respondent has not had sufficient opportunity to identify and list the such property and reserves the right to amend this Response."

The former couple's two children (Arlo and Rocko) are 11 and 12 years old.

We broke the story, Johnny Knoxville filed for divorce earlier this year after almost 12 years of marriage. It should be noted, the ex-couple claims to have been separated since September 2021. The duo dated for a "few years" before announcing they were expecting their first child in August 2009. At the time, he posted, "felt it was time to start reproducing" and that the couple was "excited as all hell."

'Jackass' Star Is Going Through Second Divorce

Adding, "Can’t wait ’til the little booger gets here. My daughter Madison has already started becoming a big sister, too, and is helping pick out clothes, strollers, and beds for her new little sister or brother."

Knoxville's divorce is his second, he was previously married to fashion designer Melanie Lynn Clapp from 1995 to 2008. They share an adult daughter, Madison.

Interestingly, in August of 2021 -- right before they separated -- Knoxville posted about his wife's birthday on Instagram. "Happy birthday to my love and light. A wonderful wife and a beautiful mother," He said alongside photos of Nelson. Adding, "You are the sunshine on my face, and everything good. I love you very much. Happy birthday.❤️❤️❤️."

Similar message on Mother's Day, saying, "Happy Mother’s Day to my one true love and the most wonderful mother our kids could ever hope for. You bless us every day and I and we love you very much."

Johnny Knoxville's 'Jackass' Money Staying With Him?!

As we reported, Johnny is asking for joint custody of the couple's two children. Unfortunately, if the two can't come to an agreement on custody, the situation will go to trial in the Los Angeles County Courts where ultimately a judge will make the decision. In most cases, unless there are circumstances where it is necessary, it will go into joint custody.

Johnny Knoxville made huge headlines in the past few days after comedian Rachel Wolfson compared him to actress Jamie Lee Curtis. Dubbed the "battle of the silver foxes" -- she said, "I think me and the internet both agree that he has a strong resemblance to Jamie Lee Curtis," she said. "I thought I was on the set of Halloween."
