Jack Perry sends a message to Eddie Kingston.

AEW stars Jack Perry and the Young Bucks appeared at NJPW Resurgence on May 11. The Young Bucks attacked Kingston after he lost the NJPW STRONG Openweight Championship to Gabe Kidd.

In their post-match comments, Perry and the Young Bucks shared their thoughts following their appearance.

“Surprise, Eddie. You threw your hat in with the wrong team on Wednesday night,” Jack Perry said. “I was surprised because Eddie Kingston’s a ‘real one.’ Everyone knows that Eddie Kingston tells it how it is, right? But you sure didn’t hesitate to jump in bed with a bunch of fakes who pretend to represent what AEW’s about. You just paid for that right now.

“You’re gonna pay again next Wednesday night, and you’re gonna pay again at Double or Nothing, and you are gonna pay again and again and again until The Elite decides that your debt is paid. Because we all have to sacrifice, Eddie, and you’re about to lose everything.”

Nicholas Jackson noted that he loved that attitude. He and Matthew noted that it had been a while since they had done a post-match interview for NJPW.

The Young Bucks’ appearance on Saturday marked their first time in a NJPW ring since 2019.

The Elite (Perry, The Young Bucks, and Kazuchika Okada) are set to face Eddie Kingston and Team AEW in the Anarchy in the Arena match at AEW Double or Nothing.

Eddie Kingston reportedly suffered an injury at NJPW Resurgence. More information is available here.
