Jack Osbourne gets sent to the “Special Forces” medic while struggling to keep his heart rate down

"Your heart is getting almost twice as fast as what you normally run," a medic says in an exclusive clip of tonight's new episode.

Seven contestants remain on this season of Special Forces: World's Toughest Test — and one of them is about to face a potentially serious medical issue.

In an exclusive clip of tonight't new episode, Jack Osbourne seeks medical attention for an unusually high heart rate. One of the directing agents tells Osbourne, "you look like a bag of [expletive]" and instructs him to visit the on-site medic.

A pre-existing condition makes Osbourne's situation more precarious. "Having a multiple sclerosis diagnosis at 26 was like a huge 'Why Me,'" The Osbournes star says, adding that "High stress can cause a flare-up." Osbourne was diagnosed with the degenerative disease in 2012.

"My heart rate won't go down, and I'm just redlining always," Osbourne says to the medic, who tells him to take deep breaths. "Your heart is getting almost twice as fast as what you normally run," the doctor says. "I think with your history, you've got to take it seriously."

Osbourne is among the remaining contestants on the second season of Special Forces, which sees celebrities undergo rigorous military-style training. The other players still in the game are YouTuber JoJo Siwa, Olympic skier Bode Miller, The Bachelor's Nick Viall, Vanderpump Rules' Tom Sandoval, The Bachelorette's Tyler Cameron, and Olympic skater Erin Jackson. Seven contestants have voluntarily withdrawn from the season so far: Blac Chyna, Tara Reid, Brian Austin Green, Dez Bryant, Robert Horry, Savannah Chrisley, and Kelly Rizzo.

Unlike other competition shows, Special Forces contestants aren't voted off or eliminated due to their performances on the show — they only leave voluntarily or due to medical disqualification. These unique rules mean that it's tough to predict when a player will exit the show — for example, nobody was eliminated in last week's episode, but other episodes have seen multiple eliminations.

Special Forces: World's Toughest Test airs Monday at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Fox. Watch the exclusive clip from tonight's new episode above.
