Ja Rule Announces The Sunrise Tour Celebrating “25 Years Of Ja Rule”

Ja Rule is embarking on a world tour in celebration of 25 years of success in the music industry.
Dubbed The Sunrise Tour, the slate of shows are set to begin in spring of 2024 and includes dates in the U.K., Ireland, and Scotland. In addition to Ja Rule, supporting acts on The Sunrise Tour will include R&B stars Keri Hilson, Lloyd, and MYA. General tickets for the tour are currently available at ticketmaster.com, with more global dates to be announced at a later date.
The Sunrise Tour is scheduled to lead up to the 25th anniversary of Ja Rule’s debut album Venni Vetti Vecci, which was released on June 1, 1999 via Murder Inc. Records and Def Jam. The album debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 with 184,000 physical copies sold in its first week.
Led by the hit single “Holla Holla,” which peaked at No. 35 on the Billboard Hot 100, Venni Vetti Vecci was a critical and commercial success, selling over two million copies worldwide.
Rule experienced the height of his popularity in the subsequent years, releasing a string of multi-platinum, chart-topping albums including Rule 3:36 and Pain Is Love. He has since released other successful projects such as The Last Temptation, Blood in My Eye, and R.U.L.E. The rapper’s last studio album, Pain Is Love 2, was released in 2012 via Mpire Music Group.
