J. Lo Gave Women's World Cup Champ Carli Lloyd a Lap Dance

J. Lo really knows how to let someone know they've done a job well done, and proved it when she brought Carli Lloyd up on stage for a very intimate victory dance.

The USWNT star was celebrating her recent World Cup victory by attending J. Lo's "It's My Party" tour Friday night at Madison Square Garden in NYC.

After announcing that Lloyd was in the audience, Alex Rodriguez walked the soccer star past security and onto the stage.

J. Lo told Lloyd, who was also celebrating her upcoming 37th birthday, that she had a special surprise for her, and then announced to her backup dancers, "Girls, will you take care of Carli and give her a little birthday present?"

The two dancers gyrated on Lloyd to Jermih's famous song, "Birthday Sex," before J. Lo got in on the action and began dancing all over the star.

Midway through, J. Lo asked if Lloyd was , "doing OK?" before resuming the lap dance while the audience cheered.

The dance by the "Hustlers" star was the latest celebration for the USWNT, who have been on a good one since taking home the FIFA Women's World Cup after defeating Netherlands in the finals of the global tournament.

Immediately after winning the championship, the women began partying hard in the locker room with champagne, glitter and lots of twerks by star player Alex Morgan.

The party wasn't just contained to the ground, as the team continued raging into the air at 35,000 feet during the plane ride home ... and then at a pool party in NYC before the victory parade.

The dance by J. Lo may be the best one yet, though.
