J.K. Rowling and Chris Evans take on Trump's Twitter typos
Over the weekend, the New York Times reported that White House counsel Don McGahn had cooperated with the Mueller investigation. President Trump used his all-too-familiar tactic of tweeting a bunch of grievances, but if you look closely, the president misspelled the word “counsel.”
He misspelled the subject of his tweets, and celebrities were happy to point that out.
Disgraced and discredited Bob Mueller and his whole group of Angry Democrat Thugs spent over 30 hours with the White House Councel, only with my approval, for purposes of transparency. Anybody needing that much time when they know there is no Russian Collusion is just someone….

Actor Chris Evans’s reply referenced Back to the Future’s not-so-smart-villain while trying to understand how the president could misspell a word he must hear constantly throughout a day.
It’s ‘counsel’, Biff. The word is ‘counsel’.
I was trying to comprehend how in the world a man, even as moronic as you, can misspell a word he probably reads fifty times a day. But then it dawned on me, you probably only HEAR the word.

But author J.K. Rowling had a creative way to satirize Trump’s tweets. In a perfectly misspelled tweet, she wrote:
I do'nt care what Kids at School call me because they are all Disgusting Fake Losers and my Real Friends go to a diffrent Scool you haven't heard of and they think Im the Coolest and Smartest and we go to parties and I don't have to tell you there Names for this to be True. pic.twitter.com/vTXm13DShu

Now, Trump’s history of spelling errors isn’t exactly unprecedented, or should we say “unpresidented.” Besides last year’s covfefe incident, Trump tweeted in July that the “Fake News constantly likes to pore over my tweets looking for a mistake,” but in his original tweet, he mistakenly used “pour.”
After having written many best selling books, and somewhat priding myself on my ability to write, it should be noted that the Fake News constantly likes to pore over my tweets looking for a mistake. I capitalize certain words only for emphasis, not b/c they should be capitalized!
