Amid her leave from politics, Ivanka Trump has been seen out at quite a few places solo (meaning without her kids and her husband Jared Kushner). First, she made headlines for her surprising appearance at buddy Kim Kardashian’s 43rd birthday bash, where she donned a sparkling white two-piece look and matching cream Christian Louboutin shoes. And now, she made another eye-catching appearance that has people speculating she could return to her fashion roots.

In photos obtained by SheFinds via Yahoo, the Trump Card author was seen out and about with entrepreneur David Grutman and his wife Isabela Rangel. However, this outing wasn’t what caught people’s eye, it was her ensemble.
For the solo outing, she donned a deep-cut, red-haltered Magda Butrym mini-dress that hugged her toned physique. This coupled with the cream look at Kardashian’s party has made people, and outlets, speculate that she could try to start a new era where she goes back to her fashion roots.

While Ivanka has modeled on and off since her formative years, she focused heavily on the business side of the fashion industry starting in 2007.
Per Town and Country, she opened Ivanka Trump Fine Jewelry and within six years, she opened her fashion line focused on women’s business fashion (which ended up making her around $5 million richer). Starting in 2015, though, her businesses started to close due to boycotts, and by the summer of 2018, her entire fashion brand shut down.
Many have wondered what Ivanka would do after leaving politics. While some believe she’ll still go back to politics in the future, fashion may also be a part of her future instead (along with her parenting duties she discussed).
