Isabella Strahan Responds to Fan Who Asks If She's 'Still Alive' amid Painful Brain Tumor Treatment

The 19-year-old filmed a dancing video on TikTok in response to the fan's "crazi comment"

Isabella Strahan is keeping her head held high amid her ongoing cancer treatment.

The 19-year-old, who is the daughter of Good Morning America co-anchor Michael Strahan, has been receiving treatment for a malignant brain tumor known as medulloblastoma since October 2023.

When a fan inquired if she was "still alive" in the comment section of one of her recent TikTok videos, the college student replied by uploading a new video dancing to Sexyy Red's "Get It Sexyy."

The clip showed Isabella wearing a gray hoodie and sweatpants as she smiled and moved left and right to the song's infectious beat. She added in the caption, "crazi comment."

In the new video's comment section, Isabella liked various of the supportive messages and replied to a handful of them.

After one fan wrote, "Better than ever ✌️," Isabella replied, "Not going anywhere." When another fan commented, " Thanks for the update... I was worried," Isabella responded, "Me too."

The TikTok clip comes days after Isabella posted the latest installment of her YouTube series, where she informed her followers that she underwent an unexpected third craniotomy (a month after her second).

“It’s not as bad as the first time but I’m really in pain. They do give me pain medicine…they don’t work that well on me. So I’m in a lot of pain," she said in the clip. "My head really really hurts right now. Not gonna lie, I’ve been crying a lot. I’m in a lot of pain. It’s not as bad as last time… my face isn’t as puffy but it literally hurts to do anything.”

The surgery occurred after she caught a fever and was rushed to the emergency room, where she got her chemotherapy port accessed, underwent MRIs and CT scans, and got an IV inserted.

She later explained that she also had to get another "little procedure" done.

“I’ve had this one before. They stuck a needle in three spots and drain fluid and I was completely awake for this. My first completely awake surgery," she explained.

While Isabella was able to go home, she ended the vlog by informing her followers that her next round of chemotherapy would be pushed back a month as a result of the craniotomy.
