Michael Strahan's daughter Isabella is spending quality time with her twin sister before she begins her chemotherapy.

The USC student has been undergoing treatment for a malignant brain tumor known as medulloblastoma since October 2023. Medulloblastoma is located on the part of the brain that controls coordination and movement.

The 19-year-old posed with her sister Sophia in a new Instagram photo showing the two girls embracing each other in their bikinis.

On Monday, Sophia shared her twin in a sweet photo and a short video of the two relaxing in the pool together. “Us again 👭,” she simply captioned the post.

Shortly after the 19-year-old went public with her diagnosis, her twin sister Sophia posted a series of photos of the pair on Instagram. She praised how strong Isabella has been in recent months.

“I’m so lucky to have the most amazing sister and best friend in the world,” Sophia captioned the post. “The last few months have been so much harder than we could have ever imagined, but it’s made me realize just how strong you are. You inspire me and I’m so proud of you. Us forever 💞.”

“Best sister ❤️,” Isabella replied.

Isabella has been sharing her health journey in a new ongoing YouTube series. In the third — and most recent — installment, she revealed after "a long six weeks" of treatment, she completed radiation in December 2023.

“I’m very excited to finally be done,” the model said in the video. “I’m very happy to finally heal my head after all of this because the side effects and everything get to you,” she admitted.

After she completed her radiation, Isabella opened up about learning of her condition with Good Morning America. She explained that she will start chemotherapy at Duke Children's Hospital & Health Center in Durham, North Carolina.

"That's my next step. I'm ready for it to start and be one day closer to being over," she said. "I'm very excited for this whole process to wrap up. But you just have to keep living every day, I think, through the whole thing."

She revealed in her second vlog that she froze her eggs due to her radiation and chemotherapy treatments. "That was not fun for me. At all," Isabella candidly said while sitting on a couch with Sophia and her father's girlfriend, Kayla Quick.

In her first vlog, Isabella said that her cancer journey has been challenging and she doesn’t feel like herself after treatment, but her perspective has ultimately changed from the experience.

“These past two months, it’s been rough,” she continued. “It’s been challenging and it’s been very hard but I know I’ll get through it. I know time will heal and things will get back to being — I can’t really say normal because there’s not really normal now in my life, but things will get back to being calmer.”
