It was just this August that ex-ESPN sportscaster Michelle Beadle plopped her lavish mansion onto the market with a $4.375 million thud, to significant publicity. But the place didn’t linger long — L.A.-based Dr. Jaye Azoff has paid $4.3 million for the Cape Cod-style structure, which sits on a quiet street in prime Encino. That’s a decent return for Beadle, considering she bought the then-all-new house in 2016 for $3.75 million.

Now in her early 40s, Azoff is the eldest child of Hollywood titan Irving Azoff and his longtime wife Shelli, although Jaye has carved out a professional identity of her own. With a doctorate from California School of Professional Psychology, she’s cofounded Basik Concierge, a service focused on helping individuals and families struggling with eating disorders. Azoff is also a frequent speaker on the topic of eating disorders, having formally address the U.S. Congress in 2013.

On a bright personal note, Azoff’s real estate purchase represents her new marital home — she’s slated to marry fellow doctor Steven Brass later this month. With five bedrooms and seven baths, the nearly 6,000-square-foot mansion has plenty of room for a growing family, and there are also a variety of other family-oriented neighbors, including Nick Jonas, Kelly Clarkson, and Gwen Stefani.

Described as a “gated Cape Cod” in listing materials, the heavily-fortified and camera-watched house flaunts minimalism-inspired interiors and an open floorplan. It’s also got all the characteristics associated with a newer suburban mansion — pure white walls, recessed lighting, and honey-hued hardwood flooring. In tune with the Cape Code theme, the house features several nautical wall sconces and related light fixtures throughout.

Highlights include a great room, where there’s a casual living area and adjoining kitchen with chef’s-grade appliances, white marble countertops, a deep farm-style sink and even a wine refrigerator. A separate family room offers built-in bookshelves and is set next to a massive sliding glass door, which floods room with sunlight and offers easy indoor/outdoor living. Out back, a rectangular saltwater pool and covered loggia with grill and firepit are ready for al fresco entertaining.

On the upper level, the master retreat is comfortably spacious, with its own private patio. The master bedroom is paired with an equally large bath that offers a soaking tub, steam shower, and Jack-and-Jill sinks with marble countertops. Plus, the suite also has two massive his-and-her closets — hers with a shoe rack so enormous it must be seen to be believed — so Azoff and Brass certainly won’t be bickering over closet space! Other mansion perks include a home theater and a detached poolhouse that has its own bathroom and HVAC system.

The Azoffs certainly aren’t newbies when it comes to the real estate game. Mom and dad currently bunk up in a $16 million Holmby Hills compound. Younger sister Allison Statter, who’s a co-founder of Blended Strategy Group but is perhaps best-known as Kim Kardashian West’s BFF, has multimillion-dollar homes in Beverly Hills and Montecito. And just weeks ago, younger brother Cameron Azoff sealed the deal on a $2.8 million starter home in the 90210.

For her part, Dr. Jaye Azoff is upgrading from a East Coast traditional-style house in the mountains above Beverly Hills, acquired in 2013 for about $1.3 million.

Mark Goldsmith of Coldwell Banker held Beadle’s listing; Ginger Glass of Compass repped Azoff.
