Irina Shayk Wears Sheer Top for Snowy Skating Outing with Friends to Celebrate Her Birthday

Shayk, who turned 38 on Saturday, also celebrated at a restaurant with fellow models Emily Ratajkowski and Stella Maxwell

Irina Shayk doesn't let the cold get in the way of a major fashion moment!

As part of her 38th birthday celebrations over the weekend, the model enjoyed a skating outing with her family and friends at The Rink at Brookfield Place in New York City, as seen in pictures and clips she shared on Instagram on Sunday.

However, instead of throwing on a warm sweater for the occasion, she made quite a statement in a sultry sheer top that showed off her toned abs. She paired the black top with black leggings.

In a concession to the wintry temps, Shayk — whose actual birthday was on Saturday — layered a black hooded puffer coat over the top as she glided around the ice. In one video featured in her post, she attempted to do a little spin as light snow fell around her.

It appears the group warmed up after skating with some drinks. A snapshot showed Shayk holding a bottle in one hand and a cup in the other as she smiled for the camera.

"Bday ⛸️ing with my fam❄️. Thank you all for coming and not breaking any 🦴😂," she captioned the post.

Earlier on Sunday, Shayk shared more photos documenting her birthday celebrations, which included dinner at a restaurant with a group of loved ones including fellow models Emily Ratajkowski and Stella Maxwell.

The stylish trio posed for a photo as they sat together in a booth. Shayk once again wore a sheer look, this time a shimmery brown formfitting dress with rouching down the front. Ratajkowski, 32, also rocked a sheer outfit featuring black lace and mesh.

Shayk's carousel featured a photo of a cake adorned with colorful candles and a clip of her family and friends singing "Happy Birthday" as they presented her with the lit cake. It appears the group also played some fun party games, as Shayk included a photo of Ruin It cards spread out on the floor.

Shayk's surprising ice skating outfit isn't the first the former Victoria's Secret angel has dressed counter to the temps outside. Back in September, amid a heat wave in New York City where the temperature hit 95 degrees, Shayk stepped out wearing an oversized black hoodie, with the hood covering her head. She paired the look with black knee-high heeled boots.
