Irina Shayk Seen Visiting Tom Brady's NYC Apartment as She Declines to Comment on Their Relationship

The supermodel refused to answer questions about her personal life in a new ELLE interview, adding that it “belongs to me”

Irina Shayk was spotted heading to Tom Brady’s apartment after declining to comment on their relationship in her latest cover story.

The 37-year-old supermodel was photographed outside of her home in New York City before heading to Brady’s building on Tuesday.

For the N.Y.C. outing, Shayk wore an all-black, all-leather ensemble — including thigh-high boots, an accessory she also rocked in leopard-print at a New York Knicks game earlier this week.

On Wednesday, the day after Shayk was spotted visiting Brady’s building, ELLE announced the supermodel as its November cover star and, in her interview, Shayk refused to comment on her personal life — including her rumored romance with the retired quarterback, 46.

“Nobody wants to write something that is truthful,” she told the magazine. “Sometimes I want to be like, ‘F--- you. It’s absolutely not true.’…Half of the people who they say I’m dating, I’ve never even met them in my life!”

"These people who are literally evil or have nothing to do, sitting there and writing some bulls— and getting away with it. They should go to prison for that,” she said, adding: “There should be some kind of punishment.”

Shayk refused to answer any questions about her personal life — including dating rumors about Brady and reports that she and ex Bradley Cooper had reconciled — instead smiling and simply saying, “No comment.”

“I share my work stuff because I decided to keep my personal life personal,” Shayk told ELLE. “That’s why it’s called personal, because it’s something that belongs to me.”

"If one day I feel like I want to share it, I will,” she added.

Shayk’s visit to Brady’s N.Y.C. apartment comes weeks after multiple sources told PEOPLE that the couple — who were first linked in July — had split after their relationship “fizzled out.”

“Irina was very attracted to Tom. She liked dating him. It excited her," one source said. "They had fun traveling to see each other. In the end, it kind of just fizzled."

“They both keep having obligations, and it was getting more difficult to be in the same city at the same time," the insider said, adding: "Irina has nothing but great things to say about Tom."

A second source noted that “there's no drama” between the model and retired NFL star.

“It just fizzled out,” the insider said.

Brady and Shayk first met at billionaire art heir Joe Nahmad's wedding to model Madison Headrick in Sardinia, Italy, in June, according to a source.

The retired quarterback then invited Shayk to "fly out and meet up in Los Angeles” to spend time together after they first met, another insider told PEOPLE.

In July, the duo later sparked further rumors of a romance after they were spotted getting close in a car after spending a night together.

At the time, a source told PEOPLE that there was "a spark" between them.

In August, PEOPLE confirmed that Brady and Shayk spent 2 days “holed up” together during a stay at the Twenty Two Hotel in London before leaving separately in the early hours of the morning.

The last time the pair was linked was in September, when Shayk was spotted entering Brady’s N.Y.C. apartment.
