Ireland Baldwin is sharing an update on her postpartum journey.

On Tuesday, the 28-year-old entrepreneur shares a series of stripped-down mirror selfies on her Instagram, showing her body nine months postpartum in only a bra and underwear. In the photos, Baldwin flexes and makes silly faces as she takes a minute to reflect on her experience in the caption.

"9 months postpartum and I’m far from where I want to be but I’m over the hump and finally finding time to get this ass into shape," she began.

"Not necessarily working out everyday, but making strides to be more consistent. Walk more. Move more. Just wanted to do a solidarity post with anyone who’s having a tough time getting inspired to change bad habits/work on yourself."

Admitting that she still has days where she will "binge eat an entire box of Girl Scout cookies for dinner," the new mom says it's important to give yourself grace.

"It took 7-9 months to even start to lose any baby weight or care to… and anyone who makes you feel bad for going at your own pace or not being enough can suck it. This s--- is HARD. Be kind to yourself 🩷," she wrote.

Baldwin shares her daughter with boyfriend RAC (born André Allen Anjos), 38.

In December, the proud mom shared a few photos from her daughter's first Christmas as she talked about her shifting feelings about the holiday in the caption.

"Christmas has always been a really tough holiday for me. It was yet another time of year where a court was deciding whether I was spending it with my mom or my dad," she admitted. "Both of my parents did a wonderful job of making holidays special for me but it was always the other parent who was spending it alone. So many really difficult emotions have always come up around this time, as they do for many people."

"I have a few really painful memories associated with Christmas. I chose to spend nearly every Christmas since I was 17 years old with a boyfriend’s family," she continued. "Of course, my boyfriends all have the most welcoming and loving families that always made me feel a part of their own."

On her daughter’s first Christmas, Baldwin cherished "my first opportunity to show her all the things I went looking for somewhere else."

"What a privilege it is to be able to celebrate today with friends, chosen family, good food, and a warm fire," she acknowledged.

"It is impossible to ignore all of the pain and suffering in our world and how I wish every child could be loved like my own. I hope everyone who celebrates is having a safe and cozy Christmas."
