University of Iowa alum Kimberly Chexnayder, who goes by Kimmi Chex, has joined the NFL Network's flagship show "NFL Total Access."
In a caption on Instagram, she wrote that the network let her blaze her own path to the position.
"I stand on the shoulders of the incredible people who took a chance on the girl that never gave up. It is my greatest honor to use my voice as a representation of the NFL," Chex said in part in the statement.
Chex, who is now 27, is among the youngest talent ever to sign a national TV contract with the league. In 2022, she was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and is in her sixth season with the NFL.
As a student at the University of Iowa, she was a member of the school's Chi Omega sorority chapter. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband Jason White, a media executive, and their daughter Wilhelmina.
The Kansas City native recently hosted the first annual Kelce Car Jam, a car show put on by Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce's nonprofit, 87 & Running, just days before his whirlwind romance with Taylor Swift made headlines.
"NFL Total Access" airs Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6 p.m. central on NFL Network.
