Introducing the Most Anticipated Albums of 2023

We're about to discuss the most anticipated albums of 2023, and wow, are there plenty. From established artists to relatively new superstars, there's a lot of exciting drops ahead. In no particular order, we'll be taking a look at the best of what's to come in music this year.

16. Mariah The Scientist

Mariah The Scientist has proven to be one of the most exciting female artists out of Atlanta, and rumor has it she's got an album set to drop in 2023. She's dropped two albums to date: RY RY WORLD and MASTER.

15. Chlöe - 'In Pieces'

Word is going around that Grammy-nominated artist Chlöe is set to unveil a new album in 2023, titled In Pieces. This album would be her debut solo album, and she's already got plenty of momentum with over three million monthly listeners on Spotify alone.

14. Tems

Tems had a major year in 2022, and the same goes for 2021. In 2023, we're looking forward to Tems dropping her sophomore album, on the heels of her successful debut, For Broken Ears.

13. Lola Brooke

Lola Brooke has had a major year, especially on the heels of signing her first label deal with Arista Records under Sony. With that in mind, it's obvious that an album is on the near horizon - and we can't wait. This will be her first.

12. Travis Scott - 'Utopia'

Travis Scott has been teasing Utopia for a long time now, and it's said to be scheduled for release via Cactus Jack and Epic Records in the early part of 2023. It will be his first album since Astroworld in 2018.

11. A$AP Rocky - 'Don't Be Dumb'

Ever since Testing dropped in 2018, it's been relatively quiet from A$AP Rocky - I mean, separate from him having a baby with Rihanna. Don't Be Dumb is Rocky's first album in 5 years, and he's already began rolling out singles from the project.

10. Cardi B

Cardi B's last studio album release was Invasion of Privacy back in 2018. After 5 years, the word on the street is that she's going to be dropping yet another album to add to her iconic catalog.

9. TiaCorine

TiaCorine has been blowing up thanks to the success of her song "FreakyT" from her 2022 album, I Can't Wait. While she's rolling out remixes for the hit, expect to see more from the notable talent in 2023.

8. Normani

Normani is yet another iconic female artist on our list, who's currently pulling in over 11 million monthly listeners on Spotify alone. She's yet to drop a studio album yet, but 2023 looks to be her year.

7. Rihanna

Rihanna hasn't dropped her own album since ANTI in 2016. In the meantime she's been building a family with A$AP Rocky, and killing it as an entrepreneur. In 2023, she's set to unveil a brand new album, ending the 7 year gap.

6. GloRilla

Next up on our list of most anticipated albums is GloRilla. GloRilla not only blew up in 2022, but managed to stay up, which is no easy feat. While she's been rolling out single after single, she's been planning for something even bigger, which is set to be her debut solo album in 2023.

5. Miley Cyrus - 'Endless Summer Vacation'

Miley Cyrus' last studio album, Plastic Hearts, was released a couple years back in 2020. Now, the time has come for her next project, Endless Summer Vacation, which is said to be dropping this year in 2023.

4. Dua Lipa

Dua Lipa has been putting up numbers that are incredibly hard to compete against: we're talking over 64 million monthly listeners on Spotify alone. This year, she's set to drop her third studio album. The last time she dropped was 2020 with Future Nostalgia.

3. Ed Sheeran

Ed Sheeran has built a reputation as one of the highest streamed artists in the world, and for good reason. Every time he drops an album, it makes waves globally, and something tells us his upcoming 2023 album is no exception. His last album was = back in 2021.

2. Lana Del Rey - 'Did You Know That There's A Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd'

Lana Del Rey has a cult fanbase, and they're going nuts over her incoming 2023 album, Did You Know That There's A Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd. It's a bit of a mouthful, but she's got a record of classic projects.

1. Paramore - 'This Is Why'
