Our Interpreter C-Drama: Victoria Song & Chen Xingxu To Rekindle Their Romance

Chen Xingxu and Victoria Song are all set to rekindle their romance in the modern-day workplace drama Our Interpreter. The drama will reportedly have 36 episodes and air Monday through Friday.

The Zhang Tong-directed drama will follow the story of ex-lovers Lin Xi (Victoria Song) and Xiao Yi Cheng (Chen Xingxu), who unexpectedly meet each other eight years after their breakup.

According to chinesedrama.info, the drama will follow the story of Lin Xi (Victoria Song), who bumps into her ex-boyfriend eight years after she dumped him for the sake of fulfilling her mother’s wish of seeing her as a professional interpreter. Even though they were once a happy couple, their relationship had to end abruptly.

In these years, Lin Xi has worked hard to achieve her goal and has become the chief interpreter at Huasheng. On the other hand, her ex-boyfriend, Xiao Yi Cheng, is now the chief technology officer of a communications company. As fate may have it, the two cross each other’s paths after such a long time.

After the two companies close a deal, Lin Xi and Xiao Yi Cheng have no choice but to keep seeing each other. Even though it initially seems like Xiao Yi Cheng wants to get revenge, in reality, he simply doesn’t have the heart to hurt the woman he once loved. Work ignites a spark between these two. Will the ex-lovers be able to grow close again and give love a second chance?
