Insiders Detailed How Kevin Costner Feels About Marrying Again After His Messy Divorce From Christine Baumgartner
After Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner’s grueling, headline-making divorce, many would think both of them would be turned off from the idea of marriage. While Baumgartner has been taking trips with her reported beau Josh Connor (who was one of Costner’s buddies), Costner has moved on with Jewel. Amid reports of them getting serious, insiders talked about whether or not a wedding may be down the line for the new lovebirds.
“Kevin just got out of a bad marriage and went through an ugly divorce, but that hasn’t turned him to the idea of getting married again,” an insider explained to InTouch. “He feels so good when he’s around Jewel. He’s happier, lighter. And he adores her son.”

Along with that, the insiders talked about how things are already getting quite serious with Costner and Jewel, and within this confession, they pointed out a third wedding could be on the horizon, despite all the drama a few months ago.
It’s unclear if Baumgartner feels the same with Connor, but we do know how she feels about Jewel: she is quite chill with his new gal.
“Christine said she’s not surprised that Kevin has moved on so quickly, but he didn’t need to make it so obvious by wrapping his arms around her,” an insider previously said to DailyMail on Dec 2023. “She said she’s happy for him, but it still isn’t a great feeling seeing your ex with someone new.”
Costner and Baumgartner’s divorce played out quite publicly, with many jabs and back and forths with their finances taking up headlines. Along with his divorce from Baumgartner, Costner had another messy divorce from his first wife Cindy Silva, where he allegedly had an affair and she received an $80 million settlement.
