Go Inside Porsha’s Daughter, PJ’s, Holidays Spent With Mom, Her Grandparents, and Dad Dennis

Leave it to The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Porsha Williams and her mini-me daughter, Pilar Jhena McKinley, to celebrate the holiday season the right way.

Whether they're celebrating Thanksgiving or Christmas, Porsha and her ex, Dennis McKinley, do everything they can to co-parent PJ and give her the best celebration that she can have, and that is so special.

This year, PJ traveled to Dennis' hometown of Detroit, Michigan, to celebrate Thanksgiving. Porsha posted a video on Thanksgiving morning to PJ's Instagram account from the Detroit Holiday Parade, officially kicking off the holiday season. In the video, PJ can be seen smiling, cozied up to her dad, standing front row against the barricade at the parade as they watch the floats go by. PJ had the time of her life, waving to Santa and dishing out high-fives to the people walking in the parade.

"I love my dad's hometown Detroit Holiday parade and I love my Daddy even more," the caption of the post noted about PJ's experience.

That same morning, Dennis posted a photo of him and PJ standing in front of a Christmas tree. "Happy Thanksgiving from my hometown," he captioned the super cute snapshot.

While PJ celebrated with her dad at a holiday parade, Porsha opted to post a series of adorable photos of her and PJ dressed in casual, terracotta colored clothes, cozying up together on her Instagram account to mark the holiday. "Blessing to everyone on this beautiful day!!!" Porsha wrote in the caption of the post. "I'm so thankful for my family and all the love in my life. Sending lots of love and warmth to everyone today."

Porsha also shared photos from the same photoshoot to her Instagram account, this time posing with a turkey that PJ decorated herself, complete with glued on feathers and yarn. "My baby [PJ] did such a good job on her [first] Turkey for Gobble Gobble Day!!," she wrote in the caption of the post. "We love our Mommy and me art Projects!! I had no idea how it was going to turn out but I am so happy with how [it] work[ed] and I'm glad I put it on a wood base so it'll be a great keepsake!"

Porsha, who married Simon Guobadia in November 2022, has been co-parenting with her ex, Dennis, since 2020, when they split for good. During a June 2023 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Porsha told host, Andy Cohen, that her and Dennis have reached a positive place in their co-parenting.

"It's going great, it really is," she shared. "Yeah, we live near each other, our relationship is good."
