During 2024 NBA All-Star weekend, Hennessy took over downtown Indianapolis with their custom Hennessy Arena pop-up at the historic Hilbert Circle Theatre. Jordyn Woods served as the surprise celebrity bartender and mixed custom, NBA-inspired cocktails for attendees, including her partner, Karl-Anthony Towns, Allen Iverson, Jadakiss, and more.

The cognac brand hosted a WNBA 2-on-2 tournament on a special-edition court with Arike Ogunbowale of the Dallas Wings and Natasha Cloud of the Phoenix Mercury playing against Jewel Lloyd of the Seattle Storm and Jackie Young of the Las Vegas Aces for a $20,000 cash prize. The event streamed live on Hennessy’s official Instagram.

Meanwhile, Hennessy also previewed their upcoming collaboration with Mitchell & Ness. The official tagline for the immersive experience was “Hennessy, the official spirit of the NBA, celebrates the spirit of everything and everyone who makes the game more than a game. Without a ball, it’s just a court. And without your spirit…It’s only a game.”

Additional guests included Jeff Hamilton, Trinidad James, Shawn Marion, Lance Fresh, Crissa Jackson, DeMarcus Cousins, Stephen Jackson, LaToya Tonodeo, and Arlen Escarpeta.

Of Hennessy’s partnership with Mitchell & Ness, LeBron James first teased the varsity jacket from the capsule collection on Feb. 13 during his tunnel walk at the Los Angeles Lakers/Detroit Pistons game. It will be made available for purchase later in the NBA season.

If you didn’t make it out to All-Star weekend, check out what you missed below. The Hennessy Arena will be making stops in San Francisco on Mar. 9, Dallas on Mar. 17 and Atlanta on Mar. 30 during its limited tour.
