In celebration of the sitcom's 100th episode milestone, PEOPLE has an exclusive look into how 'The Conners' have evolved over six seasons

The Conners have a lot to celebrate as the show reaches its 100th episode!

On Wednesday, April 10, the beloved Roseanne spinoff will hit the milestone episode and The Conners are commemorating the occasion with a clip of the family's biggest moments in an exclusive compilation shared with PEOPLE.

"Your mom and I looked at them like memories, because it's not the end of the world if your couch gets stained," Dan Conner (John Goodman) tells Darlene Conner (Sara Gilbert) and her husband Ben (Jay R. Ferguson). "And Ben's sitting where your mom's water broke when she had you."

"Might have mentioned that when I was face down napping there," Ben replies curtly after abruptly getting up from his seat.

The clip transitions into some of the Conner's most cherished memories. Becky Conner (Lecy Goranson) announces she's pregnant, family friend Jackie Harris (Laurie Metcalf) and Dan engage in some classic ribbing and Mark Conner (Ames McNamara), Dan's grandchild, admits they don't "care" about football.

"I do still love you, but everything's different now," Dan admits.

In another scene, Jackie and Darlene discuss holiday planning and the Conner family's affinity for Halloween. As shots of their spooky costumes of past flash on screen, Darlene jokes they should "follow the Conner tradition, spend every dime we have on Halloween and then we have nothing to be thankful for or to buy gifts with."

Though the group has had their fair share of laughs, they've also had experienced their share of emotions.

Dan reflects on Rosanne's death and admits that things haven't gotten "easier" with time, before Darlene gets down on one knee and proposes to Ben. When Dan discovers that their home is close to foreclosure, Darlene fears that the loss will "kill my dad."

Eventually, a "brand new Connor" enters the world and Jackie, Darlene and Ben vow to "learn from the mistakes of our past."

"Oh I agree," Darlene quips. "Let's raise her to expect nothing so she isn't disappointed."

The teaser continues and reveals that Dan has found new love in his life. Louise (Katey Segal) announces that she and Dan are getting married, but they aren't the only ones walking down the aisle.

"I do not feel like I deserve you, but I'm going to make you happy and hang onto you for the rest of my life," Darlene cries as she recites her vows to Ben.

At the end, the Conners look to get a family tattoo that "represents who we are, something that says 'Conner.'"

"There's a sinking ship, it doesn't get more Conner than that," Jackie quips.
