This Indianapolis physician is slated to appear on an upcoming episode of one of America's favorite TV quiz shows. Posed as a Jeopardy! question, the answer of course is: Who is Alicia Schaffer?

On Friday, studio representatives from Jeopardy! announced Dr. Alicia Schaffer would appear on a July episode of the quiz show's 39th season.

Schaffer is listed as an OB/GYN and attended Indiana University School of Medicine and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine, according to Community Health Network.

When to watch Jeopardy! and see Schaffer compete

You can watch Schaffer compete on Jeopardy! on WTHR-TV (NBC) on Thursday, July 27, a news release said. Be sure to check your local listings for additional information or visit Jeopardy.com.

Jeopardy! has won a total of 43 Emmy Awards and received a Peabody Award for “celebrating and rewarding knowledge,” a news release stated. The show is produced by Sony Pictures Television and distributed domestically by CBS Media Ventures.
