In 'The Nice Guys' NSFW Promo, Joel Silver Freaks Out All Over Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe
In a very funny new promo clip for The Nice Guys (watch it above), producer Joel Silver has a pre-release publicity freak-out and urges his two co-stars, Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe, to do whatever they can to sell their ‘70s neo-noir comedy to the masses.

“Angry Birds is s—-ing all over us, guys,” Silver tells the pair, adding that Neighbors 2 is also stealing a lot of their thunder. “You should be tweeting. You should be talking about the movie.”

At which point Gosling asks: “About what? What are we supposed to do about Angry Birds?”
“What are we supposed to do about Angry Birds”? In a way, aren’t we all asking ourselves this question, every single day?
Silver insists that both Crowe and Gosling need to “tweet and retweet,” a command Gosling has taken to heart by tweeting and retweeting some of the media coverage of this very promo.
