The main event is set for IMPACT Hard to Kill.

Josh Alexander successfully defended the IMPACT World Championship against Frankie Kazarian in the main event of IMPACT Over Drive. Afterwards, Bully Ray came out with his Call Your Shot trophy in hand. Rather than cashing in on the vulnerable champ, Bully grabbed a mic and issued a challenge for the main event of Hard to Kill on January 13. Alexander agreed to the match, but unfortunately the IMPACT roster was right; Bully Ray cannot be trusted.

Outside the ring, Bully Ray ambushed Alexander from behind and proceeded to strike him with a chair several times. After zip-tying the world champion’s wrist to the bottom rope, Bully grabbed Alexander’s wife from the front row and threatened to piledrive her on the floor if Josh didn’t hand over the title belt. Josh ultimately tossed his title over in exchange for his wife, who was visibly shaken.

As of this writing, Josh Alexander vs. Bully Ray is the only match confirmed for Hard to Kill. WrestleZone will continue to provide updates as they become available.
