Tracy Marrow Jr., the son of Tracy “Ice-T” Marrow Sr., is catching heat for cutting a woman’s hair without her consent during what is being called a “prank.”

The incident went down at a party where the woman, a Twitch streamer who goes by Malek_04, was hosting other streamers at a home in Las Vegas ahead of TwitchCon on Oct. 30, The Messenger reports.

Marrow, who has more than 6,000 followers on Twitch, is seen in the clip approaching the influencer and smelling the ends of her hair as she eats a piece of fruit. While she isn’t looking, Marrow takes out a pair of scissors and cuts off several inches of her brown hair. He then laughs and holds the cut tresses up to the camera.

“Wait, what the f**k?” Malek can be heard saying in the clip, as another person off-camera adds, “What the f**k, man?”

Several viewers also took issue with the move, including social media users from Instagram, Twitter/X and other platforms where the clip was shared.

“The pranks have gone way too fair. Like what part of ‘it’s not funny anymore’ do they not get. He just on some entitlement crap. That was like a whole 5-6 inches of hair. That is not a joke,” wrote one observer on Twitter/X, with another adding, “He must have been high on something because I felt like there was no thought process just straight impulse.”

Another observer believes Marrow’s actions are indicative of his generation, writing, “this is genuinely the kind of casual cruelty that teachers are noticing more and more in the younger generation. I really worry for the girls because the internet addiction has flattened everyone’s sense of humanity to a scary degree. I’m sure he doesn’t even register the violation he just did her. Or the compulsion that drove him to do it. Y’all keep f**king with these xanned out soulless gen z ni**as if you want to.”

Marrow, 31, has since addressed the backlash, taking to Twitter to apologize.

“I guess im a bad guy @Dexerto Sorry @Malek04Official my intrusive thoughts won.”

“Had the whole World Turn on me in just one day lol Im the Bad Guy now f**k it Who’s Getting there Hair Cut Next,” he typed, adding crying face and scissor emojis.

Ice-T has yet to comment on his son’s behavior.
