Huge Stars Put On Stellar Performances on ‘Voice’ Finale

Music legend Stevie Wonder and pop princess Ariana Grande kicked off the live finale of The Voice Tuesday night. The two superstars were joined by the top 12 contestants for a fun performance of “Faith” from the new animated movie Sing, and that was just the beginning of a night full of stellar performances.

Bruno Mars looked comfortable in one of the coaches’ chairs as he hit the red button and turned the chair for his own performance of “24K Magic.” The Weeknd lit up the stage with his performance of “Starboy.” And the one and only Sting performed “I Can’t Stop Thinking About You” from his new album, 57th and 9th.

The final four contestants each performed with former contestants from this season, and they also hit the stage for duets with some of music’s biggest superstars. Wé McDonald and John Legend sang “Love Me Now” from Legend’s new album, Darkness and light; Josh Gallagher performed with one of country music’s hottest new artists, Cam; and Billy Gilman put on an amazing performance with American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson.

The big winner of the night was Sundance Head, who not only won the competition but also had his dreams come true when he rocked out with Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Kiss. But his favorite performance might have been at the end of the night when he was joined onstage by his family for his victory song.

The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on NBC.
