‘House Hunters’ Spinoff Gets HGTV Greenlight With Mina Starsiak Hawk, Chelsea & Cole DeBoer & More

The House Hunters franchise is expanding with a new spinoff. HGTV has ordered House Hunters: All Stars, set for premiere on Thursday, March 21. The 12-episode series will feature some of the network’s top real estate experts helping prospective buyers find dream properties in their own hometowns.

Featured in the series are Galey Alix (Home in a Heartbeat, Fort Lauderdale, Florida); Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas (Bargain Block, Detroit, Michigan); Chelsea and Cole DeBoer (Down Home Fab, Sioux Falls, South Dakota); Heather Rae El Moussa (The Flipping El Moussas, Long Beach, California); Mina Starsiak Hawk (Good Bones, Indianapolis, Indiana); Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt (100 Day Dream Home, Tampa, Florida); Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis (Unsellable Houses, Snohomish, Washington); Rico León (Rico to the Rescue, Denver, Colorado); Jasmine Roth (Help! I Wrecked My House, Orange County, California); Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson (Married to Real Estate, Atlanta, Georgia); Page Turner (Fix My Flip, Los Angeles, California); and Veronica Valencia (Revealed, Los Angeles, California).

House Hunters is a strong ratings driver that continues to attract more than 36 million viewers each quarter and is a top 10 cable program every night of the week, according to HGTV.

House Hunters: All Stars will follow the mothership series’ format. In the series, each HGTV star will showcase desirable residential options in the city they know best, taking hopeful clients on multiple house tours and offering guidance on which home is a smart investment and match for their wishlist.

“For the first time ever, House Hunters fans are getting the star treatment, teaming up with their favorite HGTV experts to lead the hunt,” said Loren Ruch, Head of Content, HGTV. “The series has been a perennial hit for nearly 25 years, and we were inspired to marry the successful format with our incredible lineup of talent in this new iteration of the series. Now we can enjoy all the things we love about House Hunters as the network’s stars get buyers into their perfect home.”

The series will launch with back-to-back episodes at 8 and 8:30 pm ET/PT March 21 on HGTV.

In the 8 p.m. premiere, Mina Starsiak Hawk will meet Sienna, an artist looking to purchase an Indianapolis fixer-upper to call home. To give Sienna a fresh start, Indy native Mina, who is passionate about giving new life to older properties, will assess her priorities, including historic character, a backyard and rental income potential, finding three promising options in popular neighborhoods. At 8:30 p.m., Chelsea and Cole DeBoer will help couple Tim and Angie search for a larger home in Sioux Falls that fulfills his need for a home theater and her desire for a cat patio.

House Hunters: All Stars is produced by Pie Town Productions.
