Hornets to be without LaMelo Ball, Terry Rozier, others against Sixers

As the Philadelphia 76ers move forward with their road trip following a comeback win over the Atlanta Hawks on Friday, they will be catching a bit of a break when they take on the Charlotte Hornets for two games starting on Monday.

After the Sixers have been dealing with the league’s health and safety protocols, they will be facing a Hornets team that is dealing with protocol issues of their own.

Charlotte will be without LaMelo Ball, Terry Rozier, Mason Plumlee, and Jalen McDaniels who have all entered the health and safety protocols and are expected to miss several games.

Ball has been having a terrific season averaging 20 points, 8.3 assists, and 7.7 rebounds while shooting 39.1% from deep and it is upsetting to see him enter the protocols. Rozier is averaging 17.7 points as well as that is another scorer Charlotte will be missing. However, just like how other teams did not show sympathy for the Sixers when they were so shorthanded, Philadelphia is not going to show much sympathy for the Hornets.
