Honey Boo Boo's Sister Pumpkin Writes Heartfelt Message To Reality Star, Amid Mama June's Reappearance

Honey Boo Boo is being shown love from her sister Pumpkin amid their mother Mama June reappearing on social media.

Pumpkin (real name: Lauryn Efird) posted a quote on social media reading, “If I’m on your a-s about doing better is because I see more in you then you do yourself… Not too many people will do that. Most will sit there and watch you throw you life away.”

She tagged her sister Honey Boo Boo (real name: Alana Thompson) on the post. Honey Boo Boo commented back writing, “I understand, but you know I’m trying to make you, josh, ella, Jessica proud of me and that’s my goal.”

Alana is referring to Pumpkin’s husband Josh, their daughter Ella and her sister Jessica.

Alana did not tag her mother Mama June (real name: June Shannon) in the comment. The sister’s words of encouragement to each other comes as Mama June reappeared on social media, amid her ongoing legal and personal issues.

Mama June posted a years old photo of herself writing, “Well decided to get back at it im not saying im.perfect as everyday is a strugglr n some days i just want to disappear n even though me n kids arent still seeing each other n its veen very hard on all of us but i hope one day that will cgange as i want them to know i miss n love them very much.”

Mama June has been estranged from Honey Boo and Pumpkin for quite some time. She is still facing a felony drug possession charge over an arrest in Alabama.

In October, a Grandy Jury hit Mama June with two charges.

They found that Mama June “did unlawfully possess a controlled substance-to-wit: Cocaine, in violation of” the law and “did unlawfully possess with intent to use in inject, ingest, inhale or otherwise introduce into the human body, drug paraphernalia, to-wit: a pipe” against the law.

She entered a plea of not guilty and is expected in court soon. She is facing a year in prison if convicted.
