Holland Taylor and Sarah Paulson Share Sweet Hand-Holding Moment on Red Carpet: See the Photos!

The longtime couple appeared at the Second Stage Theater Fall Gala in celebration of Sarah Paulson's upcoming play

Sarah Paulson and Holland Taylor shared a sweet moment in a recent red carpet appearance.

On Monday night, the couple arrived holding hands at the Second Stage Theater Fall Gala in New York City.

Paulson, 48, dazzled in a light yellow leather coordinate set. The constructed top had elbow-length sleeves, while the high-waisted skirt formed an A-line shape. The ensemble included leather detailing across the actress’ torso and at the bottom of the skirt. The detailing included abstract images of flowers and vines in a bright yellow shade.

The American Horror Story star paired the yellow garments with a pair of black square-toe booties and an assortment of diamond earrings, as well as a pair of gold drop earrings. She finished off the look by simply sweeping her pixie cut to the left, with berry lipstick and a soft glam look.

The Two and a Half Men alum, 80, complemented her partner’s look by arriving in a metallic taupe outfit. The actress wore a pair of satin trousers that she paired with a quilted satin coat and a paisley scarf. Holland also arrived in a soft glam look, rocking a brown-red lipstick.

The couple arrived at the Monday night event to celebrate Paulson’s honor. The Emmy winner was honored in celebration of her upcoming performance in Appropriate. The new Broadway play is produced by Second Stage and performances begin Nov. 29.

The event promotes the organization’s intent to “create and champion plays and musicals solely from living American writers,” per the event’s site. “As the only Broadway company exclusively devoted to living American writers, Second Stage is dedicated to introducing the world to bold and diverse voices of American creativity."

Annaleigh Ashford, Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Anna Deavere Smith served as the event’s honorary chairs.

Ahead of Paulson’s Second Stage honor, the actress appeared on Chelsea Handler's Dear Chelsea podcast in September and raved about her partner.

"I think she’s the smartest, wisest, funniest, most extraordinary person I've ever met,” gushed Paulson.

"So I can't imagine not being with her. I just can't. I just feel very, very lucky to be around someone so incredibly witty and funny and smart and, I think, incredibly sexy." Paulson added, "I find her to be the most beautiful woman. I tell her all the time, like, she's the most beautiful woman I've ever seen and she always will be."

Paulson and Taylor met at a party in 2005. However, their romance didn't flourish until almost a decade later when the pair reconnected over social media and started dating thereafter in 2015.
