Screenwriter Eric Roth, who won an Oscar for his last project with Tom Hanks, "Forrest Gump," was defrauded out of his retirement funds by convicted financier Bernie Madoff. The same day that Roth learned he lost his money, he was nominated for an Oscar for "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button." Reportedly, Roth will get the last word by writing a script about Madoff.
