Hiroshi Tanahashi is coming to the United States for WrestleMania Weekend, and he’ll be making another stop, as he has been announced for ROH Supercard of Honor.
Tanahashi was already confirmed for IMPACT x NJPW Multiverse United on March 30; there, he will replace the injured Will Ospreay in his match against Mike Bailey. In a tweet on March T29, Tony Khan announced that Tanahashi will face AEW star Daniel Garcia at ROH Supercard of Honor on Friday. Garcia challenged Tanahashi to a match following the conclusion of the March 29 episode of AEW Dynamite.

Tanahashi is the “ace” of New Japan Pro-Wrestling, as he is one of the company’s top stars. He is an eight-time IWGP Heavyweight Champion and a three-time IWGP United States Champion, among many other accolades. Garcia is one of the brightest stars in AEW, and he is a former ROH Pure Champion.
WrestleZone will have coverage of the show as it airs on March 31.
