Hipgnosis Acquires Catalog from Hitmaker Emile Haynie

Hipgnosis Songs announced that it has acquired a music catalog from Emile Haynie, who has worked extensively with Adele, Lana Del Rey, Kanye West, Eminem, Bruno Mars, Kid Cudi and many others.

Hipgnosis has acquired 100% of Haynie’s worldwide copyrights, including publishing and writer share, as well as producer royalty income streams, of his catalogue comprising 122 songs.

Emile Hayne collaborated as an executive producer on Cudi’s “Man on the Moon: The End of Day” and “Man on the Moon II,” and also produced Del Rey’s 2012 album “Born to Die,” among other songs with the singer. He worked on Adele’s “25” He worked with Jeff Bhasker — who also recently inked a deal with Hipgnosis — on the Bruno Mars singles “Locked Out Of Heaven,” “Young Girls” and “Gorilla.”

The catalog also includes Kanye West’s “Runaway,” “Headlights” and “River” by Eminem as songs performed by Camila Cabello, Dua Lipa, FKA Twigs, Ian Brown, Lady Gaga, Pink, Emeli Sande, The Rolling Stones, ASAP Rocky, Drake, SZA, London Grammar, Mark Ronson and Florence and the Machine.

Emile Haynie was represented by Neil Jacobson at Crescent Drive Productions and Renee Karalian at Carroll Guido Groffman Cohen Bar & Karalian, LLP.
