The two sides were in an Orange County courtroom for a hearing on custody of their daughter, Kirra. Bohan has been fighting back against Patridge's claims of abuse, which he has denied.
During the hearing, Bohan's attorney accused Audrina of saying, "He sucks," which the attorney believed to be in reference to Bohan. Audrina responded by saying she said "This is sick" and eventually told Bohan's attorney, "Don't attack me."
The hearing was ultimately continued pending the DA's investigation into the allegations against Bohan and the Child Protective Services investigation into the alleged incident came back inconclusive.
The judge said the court was willing to grant Bohan monitored visitation pending the conclusion of the DA's investigation. Bohan's attorney is looking for his full custody privileges to be reinstated.
For her part, Audrina's attorney wants a medical professional subpoenaed to testify at the next hearing. She also enrolled Kirra in preschool and did not notify Corey. Bohan's attorney said he was concerned what Audrina would do with sole legal custody.
The judge did not modify the current custody order and both sides will be back in court in October.
As The Blast first reported, Bohan filed a deposition in opposition of Patridge's request for a temporary restraining order against him. In it, he claimed the reality television star made up child sexual abuse allegations against him in part so she could exploit their daughter having her appear on "The Hills."
Bohan claimed, "In May 2019, Audrina made false claims of child sexual abuse against me to CPS. An investigation was done and the results of the investigation were that the allegations were unfounded."
He alleged that throughout their contentious custody battle, she has "abused the judicial process by making false claims of abuse to obtain restraining orders to gain an advantage in these proceedings."
Bohan also said that in her declaration, Patridge claims that their daughter was examined by a doctor and showed signs of alleged abuse. But Bohan claims he has Kirra's complete medical records and "no where [sic] in those records does it indicate that there was ever a concern about Kirra being sexually abused or that she has even undergone a child sexual abuse allegation."
As The Blast first reported, Patridge was granted a temporary restraining order against Bohan last month. He was ordered to stay away 100 yards from Patridge and their kid, including avoiding coming near their home, Kirra's school, and other locations. Bohan was also denied visitation until the investigation is complete.
Sources close to the case tell The Blast that Bohan is "under investigation by officers in Costa Mesa for a recent incident" with Partridge and Kirra.
The new alleged incident is unrelated to a situation that occurred a few weeks back, where Bohan is accused of not showing up for a custody drop-off with his ex.
