Hilary Duff Wore the Most Daring See-Through Mini Dress and Fans Are Floored

How I Met Your Father season 2 hit viewers with a major bang and it continues to leave folks with questions every week. But one thing is certain: Hilary Duff is the ultimate TV fashionista.

The Lizzie McGuire alum proved this point back in June 2018, when she arrived to the Younger season 5 premiere party in New York City. Then pregnant with her eldest daughter, Banks Violet Bair, folks couldn't believe how fabulous Hilary looked while wearing a see-through mini dress. The outfit was comprised of a black slip and a long sleeve sheer overlay that stood out thanks to intricate lace and sparkling crystals.

Knowing how unique the design of the dress was, Hilary deliberately chose to keep the rest of the look modern yet classic.

The Raise Your Voice actress paired the number with green dangling earrings, a multi-colored clutch and white pointed stiletto heels. She styled her signature blonde hair into a chic messy top bun. As for her makeup, the "Come Clean" singer contrasted her neutral eye makeup with a bold red lipstick.

When Hilary later posted about the event on her Instagram, it didn't take long for fans to react over her glam look.

"You are so beautiful!" one person wrote in the comments. "KILLIN THE OUTFIT GIRL," a different user exclaimed. "You just get better with age girl!!!! Outfit is 🔥🔥🔥🔥 @hilaryduff," another added.

Clearly, Hilary knows how to make a fashion statement, and she has kept doing so over the last few years. She has an affinity for sparkly attire on the red carpet, as she wore a magenta plunging sequined gown in November 2021. As far as causing a couture commotion amongst fans, she did it once again while gracing the January 2023 cover of Women's Health Australia.
