High on Fire, who are celebrating their 25th anniversary in 2023, have mapped out a brief US tour surrounding their previously announced appearance at Austin’s Levitation festival. The Grammy-winning metal band’s fall outing will feature support from Pallbearer.
Frontman Matt Pike and company will kick off the run on October 26th in Dallas, Texas. They’ll hit a handful of cities before wrapping things up November 4th in Berkeley, California. Tickets to select shows are currently available on Ticketmaster. Fans can also check for tickets on StubHub, where your purchase is 100% guaranteed through StubHub’s Fan Protect program.
“Who is ready to rip it up?!” the band in a joint statement. “High on Fire is primed and ready to rock and continue celebrating our 25th Anniversary with family, friends, and fans. See you at the shows!”
High on Fire recently revealed that they’ve completed work on their as-yet-untitled ninth studio album, which is set for an early 2024 release. The LP, which will mark the follow-up to 2018’s Electric Messiah, was recorded in Salem, Massachusetts, with longtime producer Kurt Ballou. It will be the first High on Fire album to feature drummer Coady Willis, who joined the band in 2021.
