HGTV's Erin Napier celebrates husband Ben's fitness efforts: 'Mission accomplished'

"Home Town" host Erin Napier is celebrating husband Ben's efforts to prioritize his health.

The HGTV star posted a video of her other half on Instagram Tuesday set to the tune of Jim Croce's "You Don't Mess Around with Jim."

She filmed a dressed-up Ben, showcasing his progress and sharing with fans that he put in a lot of work to improve his health and fitness before a medical procedure.

"@scotsman.co got hardcore about his health and fitness last winter ahead of his big shoulder surgery that was in march so he could sleep better on his back and lower his BP," she wrote, adding: "mission accomplished."

Ben Napier popped in in the comments, joking "What ya think, @people? Can I make the top 50 again? 😏 That’s my real motivation."

In years past, Ben Napier has opened up about his fitness journey — and what motivates him to continue to strive for good health.

Being a dad, he told Today in 2019, was one of those motivators.

"Bringing Helen home and getting to experience those first few weeks with her and seeing how fast things change with children, it got my attention," he said. "She was different every day, and I want to experience as much of her life as possible. I want a long life so I can be there for Erin and Helen."

Now, Ben and Erin Napier share two daughters: Helen, 5, and Mae, 2.

The Napiers married in 2008 and have starred on their home renovation show "Home Town" since 2016. And since, the pair have starred in spinoffs, too.

Following the success of their HGTV series "Home Town," where the couple renovates historic homes, the Napiers took their efforts across the country to continue to "ignite a wave of small-town passion" in 2022's spinoff series "Home Town Kickstart," which aired for one season.

They've also worked on "Home Town Takeover."
