When it comes to having a baby, it can often be the case that it takes two to tango. However, in that tango, one partner has to endure a lot more, i.e. the proverbial "backward, and in heels."

As such, those partners who aren't the ones giving birth have often tried finding ways to feel like they're contributing more. Some opt for classes like Lamaze or the Bradley method. Some hook themselves up to a machine to simulate labor pains.

And others opt for what's being called a"push present." A relatively recent idea, at least in the cultural zeitgeist, a push present is a gift a partner buys for their significant other after they've given birth, to celebrate and honor their having given birth. It rose to prominence after reality TV stars like Rachel Zoe spoke about their lavish post-baby presents.

The latest reality star to discuss the bling they were bought after baby birthing is none other than Heather Rae El Moussa, who stars alongside her husband Tarek El Moussa on the HGTV home remodeling show The Flipping El Moussas.

Speaking with Today.com, Heather Rae spoke about the gift former Flip or Flop host Tarek gave her after the couple welcomed son Tristan into the world this past January.

"I got a gold Cartier Love bracelet," Heather told the site. "I love gold jewelry and Tarek knew that it was what I had been wanting." But Rae relayed that there was one little issue with the gift: her little wrists.

"I have very tiny wrists and it didn’t fit! So I had to send the bracelet back two different times."

And hey, new moms, who can't relate, right? Everyone who has given birth always says the toughest part is indeed getting that Cartier bracelet to fit their tiny wrists. Stars, they're just like us.
