Hey, movie lovers! Here are 18+ (free!) outdoor movies to enjoy this summer

Looking for ways to beat the heat this summer? Free movies are being offered throughout the summer and into the early fall at a variety of locations in Louisville. And there's something for everyone on this list, from kids (and kids at heart!) to teens and adults.

Here's where you can catch free movies around Louisville this summer:

Downtown Drive-in at Waterfront Park

Brown-Forman Amphitheater, 1301 River Road. The amphitheater will open an hour before sundown when the movies will start. Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase from Froggy’s Popcorn and beer from local brewer Ten20 Craft Brewery. Movie-goers are also welcome to bring blankets and lawn chairs to the viewing.
