Here’s Why Patricia Altschul Won’t Refer Any New Hair Clients to Madison LeCroy

Madison LeCroy is opening up about her long-standing professional relationship with Patricia Altschul. During a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Madison revealed exactly how long she’s been cutting Patricia’s hair and why the Southern Charm matriarch won’t refer any new clients to her.

On the July 15 episode of WWHL, Madison confirmed that Patricia is the only Southern Charm-er whose hair she cuts. “[She’s] one of my few clients,” the Charleston hairstylist explained, adding that she’s been cutting and styling Patricia’s tresses for a whopping 12 years.

Madison went on to share the funny reason why Patricia won’t send any potential clients her way. “She doesn’t want anyone else to take her appointment space,” she explained to Andy Cohen.

So just how much appointment space does Patricia require? Madison revealed that Patricia keeps her plenty busy with multiple salon visits each week. “Before COVID and things like that, she was coming every Tuesday and Friday,” she said.
