Here's Why Madison LeCroy Is Giving Monica Garcia "Props"

Madison LeCroy admits she can learn a thing or two from Monica Garcia.

Fresh off her New York City getaway, the Southern Charm cast member took to Instagram to share a few thoughts on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City newbie. Madison posted a couple of Stories as she watched the RHOSLC December 19 episode, which followed the ’Wives on their drama-filled Bermuda vacation.

Madison, thankfully, didn’t share any spoilers but applauded Monica for the way she handled tense situations with her castmates.

“I’m here to support my queen, Lisa Barlow, love you,” she said in the video. “I’m also eating wontons because they’re literally my weakness… I want to say something about Ms. Monica — Heather [Gay], love you. Monica, I’m gonna give you some props because, girl, you are so good at doing your thing, you know, speaking your mind. But you are quick to forgive and move on. And I’m like, ‘I wish I had that. Teach me. That’s pretty good.’ But yeah, good job, girl.”

Madison returned to the ‘Gram minutes later and explained what ultimately inspired her to watch RHOSLC.

“You guys do know that my husband was raised Mormon and is Mormon, and that’s why I started watching Salt Lake City,” she explained. “Because I was like, ‘OK, well maybe I’ll get some tips.’ But now I’m like, it’s all pretty… yeah, I think I’m good.”

Madison married Brett Randle on November 19, 2022, in an intimate beachside ceremony in Mexico. Months before tying the knot, the South Carolina mom revealed that her then-fiancé came from a family of eight children and was raised in a religious household.

“He was raised Mormon,” she said in Part 1 of Southern Charm Season 8 reunion. “It’s not that he’s a practicing Mormon.”

Madison — who shares a son, Hudson, with her ex-husband, Josh Hughes — opened up about her relationship in Season 9, Episode 10, when her castmate Venita Aspen asked what it was like being in a long-distance marriage. Brett splits his time between Charleston and California, where he works as chief firefighter. Madison said the distance isn’t too difficult, as she’s used to brief separations from her 10-year-old son.

“Honestly, with Hudson, I have joint custody with him. If I can be separated from my child for a short period of time, then I can be separated from my husband,” she explained before touching on her pregnancy plans. “But that could change, because we’re talking about having a baby… This time I want it to be planned, and take our time.”
