Now that season four of Yellowstone has wrapped up, fans of the hit show will be craving a new drama to occupy their Sunday nights. Well, viewers don't have to search far, because the Dutton universe has expanded with a brand-new spinoff, 1883. The show, which follows the origin story of the Dutton family as they expand West and stars Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Sam Elliott, and more, is off to a hot start. But before you can get hooked on this new Taylor Sheridan drama, you need to find out how to watch!

How to Watch 1883

The first two episodes of 1883 aired following Yellowstone on Paramount Network in a special simulcast event, and it became the biggest new series premiere on cable since 2015. But don't turn to cable for the rest of the 10-episode season: It will be available exclusively on the Paramount+ streaming service, with new episodes available on Sundays. The first three episodes are available now, with episode 4 airing on January 9.

Paramount+ offers two plans: for $4.99 a month, you can sign up for the Essential plan, which includes limited commercials. The $9.99 Premium plan is ad-free (except on live TV and a few shows) and includes access to your local CBS station. Both options have a free 7-day trial. If you're feeling ambitious and time it right, you could binge-watch the season during a 7-day trial.

Paramount+ is also the home to the Taylor Sheridan-created drama Mayor of Kingstown and the upcoming second Yellowstone spinoff, 6666, as well as thousands of other TV shows and movies.

Is 1883 available on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime or Peacock?

While the first three seasons of Yellowstone stream on Peacock, 1883 can only be found on Paramount+. It is not available through any other streaming service or on cable TV.
